We welcome enquiries from existing PABX installers, or ICT support companies who are looking to add telephony services to their portfolio.

The DSX PABX can be re-branded with your company name and logo to provide a more unified approach to your own customers, so that when they use it, they see your logo and names and not ours, further reinforcing your brand on them.

The DSX comes "fully loaded". If you are used to existing licensing terms with other PABX vendors such as Panasonic, Avaya, Siemens, etc. then you'll not find these here because you get everything as standard, from the software point of view, leaving you with a very few set of choices to make - case style, PSTN hardware required, Max 60 or 120 extensions, call-recording module or not, and that's it for the DSX-1x range. The DSX will be delivered ready for you to plug in and configure for your client.

Your ROI is maximised as you can add your own mark-up to the hardware and are responsible for all on-going installation and support to your clients - all of which goes into your bank, not mine!

If you're new to VoIP telephony, then we will give you recommendations on telephone and networking suppliers, but you are free to source telephones and networking from your own existing suppliers and provide a one-stop solution to your clients.

There are no minimum "buy-in" terms from Drogon and no on-going maintenance deals required, although we would seriously suggest you start with 2 units - one for yourself so you've on-going first hand experience of the device, and one for your first client. If you're serious about installing DSX systems, then we will insist on a days training, either in Drogon HQ or at your location, whatever's convenient, although remote "hands-on" will be given to help you through your first few installs, and optionally we can be on-site to help with your first install or 2.
