Internet Connectivity

Drogon Systems can assist you with your business Internet connectivity. We have a variety of connection mechanisms from a low-use ADSL connection through SDSL and bonded SDSL connections to high speed leased lines.

We don't run out own network directly, rather we resell services from Entanet - who deal exclusively through resellers such as ourselves.

We can advise on and supply and install suitable routers for building VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) between offices or to enable home or remote working.

Our ADSL prices are in-line with the rest of the industry, so you won't have any surprises, but note that we only offer business quality connections, aimed at the SME and the most demanding of home workers, and these start at £25 per month + VAT. (With a one month minimum contract)

Our Internet connectivity services are designed to go with our VoIP services, or where we've provided assistance with setting up inter-office VPNs, but even if you aren't an existing customer, but are looking for a good business quality ADSL service, please do get in-touch.

If you already have an ADSL connection, then migrating to our service is free (unless you are on a LLU service in which-case the standard setup fee of £45+VAT is payable) The package we advise the small to medium business to take costs £25+VAT per month, although there are many other options available.

Speed? How fast a service can we provide? Well, without knowing your phone number and postcode, it's impossible to say. The service we supply is capable of sending data to you at speeds up to 8Mb/sec and taking data off you at speeds up to 830Kb/sec. The maximum speed possible will depend on the length and quality of the line from your local BT exchange to your premises. To find out more, please go to the Sam Knows website and enter your phone number and postcode into their checker.

Data Usage? The ADSL products we sell are capped at a set number of Gigabytes per month. If you exceed the limit, then you'll need to pay more. The limits are quite generous, and you can migrate up to the next higher limit package if required. The entry level package cap is 45GB a month at peak times (8am to 8pm), and 300GB at off-peak times.

The ADSL connections are provided via the BT wholesale network, and from there, through Entanets network to the global Internet. Billing is by direct-debit directly to Entanet.
